I started my career with a degree in illustration and never having used a computer for design, just a paint brush and pen! But straight out of college I got my first job working for a multimedia company specialising in training CD Roms for blue chip companies including major retailers and government departments. This gave me excellent grounding in all aspects of multimedia design where I progressed into 3D graphics and animation. From there, I moved to a more demanding role within a small design agency, producing a variety of digital and print material for national and international companies. I was given the opportunity to become more involved with client meetings which, in turn, lead me to become the lead designer for the conference side of the business, producing all graphics for company's conferences around the country and abroad. As the market changed, website design became another avenue in which I relish designing for and within the agency I gained invaluable knowledge of technical processes and constraints. Since freelancing in 2007 I have worked for agencies based in London and the South West, in a variety of creative fields at the highest level. Producing high quality presentations and creative material for major events, branding and digital agencies.
